What to specify for replacement heads

- The exact head name as printed on the pack, for example Oral-B Cross Action Black or Sonicare W2 Optimal White. Head names can differ between markets, so give the name on your market's pack.
- The pack count as listed, such as 2-Pack, 4-Pack or 8-Pack. Quantities are counted in packs, not heads.
- The handle models your customers use. Heads are brand-specific, and fit is checked against the models you name rather than assumed from the brand.
