About this website

This website is operated by 3 Eli, Sociedade Unipessoal Lda. It presents a catalogue of branded oral-care products for business buyers and lets you send enquiries. It is not an online shop: nothing on this website is an offer to sell, and no contract is formed by sending an enquiry.

Product information

Product names, sizes and descriptions are provided to help you identify products. Availability, product versions, eligibility for your destination, pricing and trade terms are confirmed only in a written quotation.

Trademarks

Brand names and trademarks shown on this website belong to their respective owners. Their use identifies products and does not imply endorsement by, or an official relationship with, those owners.

Quotations and orders

Each quotation states its own terms. An order is accepted only when we confirm it in writing.

Customer accounts

Customer accounts are for businesses. We may approve, decline, suspend or close an account, for example if the business details cannot be verified. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for the actions of people you allow to use your account. Quotations shown in your account are private to your company; when we issue a revised version, the earlier version is replaced and can no longer be accepted. Accepting a quotation in your account places an order on that quotation’s terms, and we confirm the order in your account and by email. Payment requests and invoices are issued by us separately from quotations; please pay only against a payment request or invoice issued by 3 Eli, and check the bank details with us by phone or email if anything looks different.
