Buyer Guides for Oral-Care Trade Purchasing
Short, practical guides to help you prepare enquiries that can be quoted quickly and accurately.
These guides follow the way our request form works. Start with what to include in an enquiry, check variants and packaging before you send it, and use the purchasing-list guide when you are buying across several brands or asking us to source products that are not in the catalogue.
What to include in an oral-care wholesale enquiry
The details that let a supplier quote accurately first time — and the ones that are easy to forget.
Checking product variants and packaging before requesting a quotation
Same brand name, different product: the variant checks worth doing before you ask for prices.
How to prepare a multi-brand purchasing list
One enquiry, several brands: a structure that keeps a mixed list easy to quote and easy to compare.
Before you send a purchasing list
The short version of the guides, for the questions buyers ask most often.
How do I prepare a bulk enquiry?
List each product at the exact size or option you need, with a quantity in individual units for every line. Add the destination country, your company name and buyer type, and any pack-language requirement. The enquiry checklist covers the details that are easy to forget.
What does a quotation include?
Trade pricing for the lines that can be supplied, availability and expected lead time, minimum quantities and case sizes where they apply, the product version for your destination and the delivery and payment terms. Nothing is ordered until you confirm.
Can I combine several brands in one list?
Yes. Add products from any brand to one enquiry list, each as its own line with its own quantity, and send the list once. See how to prepare a multi-brand purchasing list.
How do I request a product that is not listed?
Use the sourcing request and give the brand, product, size or variant and quantity. A sourcing request does not mean the product is available; it gives us what we need to look for a supply option.
