Cookie policy
The cookies and browser storage this website uses, why, and for how long. We do not use analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking.
This website is operated by 3 Eli, Sociedade Unipessoal Lda. It stores a small amount of information in your browser, as cookies or as “local storage” and “session storage”. Everything listed here is set by 3eli.com itself. The site does not load analytics, advertising, social media or other third-party services that set cookies.
Strictly necessary
These are needed for features you ask for, such as keeping your enquiry list or signing in to your account. They are always on and do not need consent.
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
eli-enquiry-v1 | Local storage | Your enquiry list: product option identifiers, product names, links and quantities. No personal details. Sent to us only when you submit an enquiry. | Until you remove the items or clear site data |
eli-country | Local storage | The destination country you choose at the bottom of the page, used to pre-fill enquiry forms. Stored only if you choose a country. | Until you change it or clear site data |
eli-motion | Local storage | Remembers that you paused moving content. Stored only if you use the pause control. | Until you change it or clear site data |
eli-landing, eli-reference, eli-enquiry-type | Session storage | The first page you opened (sent with an enquiry so we know which page it came from) and, after sending, your enquiry reference for the confirmation page. | Until you close the browser tab |
eli_consent | Cookie | Records your cookie choices so we do not ask on every page. | 180 days |
wordpress_logged_in_*, wordpress_sec_* | Cookies | Keep you signed in to your customer account and protect the session. Set only when you sign in. | Until you sign out or close the browser; up to 14 days if you choose “Keep me signed in” |
wordpress_test_cookie | Cookie | Checks that your browser accepts cookies when you sign in. | Until you close the browser |
_lscache_vary | Cookie | Set by our caching software for signed-in users so they never receive a page cached for someone else. | Until you sign out or close the browser |
Preferences (optional)
Used only if you accept optional storage, or switch on “Recently viewed” on a product page.
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
eli-recent-optin | Local storage | Records that “Recently viewed” is switched on. | Until you withdraw consent, switch it off or clear site data |
eli-recent-v1 | Local storage | The product pages you opened on this device (up to 12 product identifiers with the time viewed), shown again under “Recently viewed”. The identifiers are sent to our server only to display those products. | Entries older than 12 months are removed; everything is deleted when you withdraw consent or switch the list off |
Analytics and advertising
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, pixels or similar technologies. If we decide to add them, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before anything is loaded.
Changing or withdrawing your choices
Use “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page. Rejecting optional storage, or withdrawing it later, deletes your recently viewed history on that device. Your enquiry list is not affected. You can also delete all site data in your browser settings; that removes the enquiry list too.
