Sourcing oral-care products that are not listed
If the brand, product, size or pack you need is not in our catalogue, send a sourcing request. We assess supply options and tell you whether we can quote.
Updated
The catalogue is a starting point, not the limit of what we can look for. 3 Eli sources branded products through channels that include brand owners, distributors and consolidated supply outlets, and the catalogue grows as new sourcing opportunities become available.
When to send a sourcing request
- The brand you need is not listed.
- The brand is listed, but not the product, flavour, size, pack count or market version you need.
- You have a purchasing list that is mostly made up of products we do not list.
What to include
- Brand and product name
- Variant: flavour, size, pack count, colour or model
- Quantity and unit (for example units, packs or cartons)
- A reference link to the product, if you have one
- Your delivery country, company name and buyer type
- Any documentation or product information your purchasing process requires
The more exact the description, the quicker we can check it. “Toothpaste, whitening” is hard to source; brand, product name, tube size and quantity can be checked.
What happens next
We review the request, assess supply options and reply by email. A sourcing request does not guarantee availability: it gives us the details needed to look for a suitable supply option. If we can supply the product, the quotation confirms the version for your market, pricing and terms, and nothing is ordered until you confirm.
Combining catalogue and unlisted products
If most of your list is catalogue products, add them to your enquiry list and describe the extra items in the products and quantities box of the same request. If the request is mainly for products we do not list, use the sourcing request, which covers the unlisted products only. The multi-brand list guide shows a layout that works for both.
